January invites us to slow down, root in, and stabilize our energy after the unraveling of the past year. This Goddess Gathering will be a sacred women’s circle devoted to the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the energetic center of safety, survival, belonging, ancestry, and embodiment.

Together we will journey into the wisdom of the Root, reconnecting with the Earth beneath us and the lineage that lives within us.

✨ This circle honors Root Chakra Goddesses and archetypal energies, including:

Kali – fierce protector, destroyer of fear, guardian of life force

Pachamama – Earth Mother, nourisher, and holder of all life

Gaia – the living consciousness of the Earth itself

These Goddesses remind us that true power begins with being rooted, resourced, and embodied.

🕯️ Root Chakra Grounding Candle Ritual

As our sacred craft, each woman will create a Root Chakra Grounding Candle infused with intention, earth-based elements, and ancestral energy. This candle will serve as an ongoing ritual tool to support:

Grounding and nervous system regulation

Feelings of safety and stability

Ancestral connection

Strength in the physical body

🔥 This candle will also assist us in honoring and preparing for the upcoming Year of the Fire Horse in February—balancing its bold, fast-moving, fiery energy with deep grounding, endurance, and embodied presence. We root first… so we can ride the fire with strength and sovereignty.

🌿 What to Bring

A potluck dish or drink to share

An open heart and grounded intention

Optional: an item for the Goddess altar connected to Earth or ancestry

All candle-making materials will be provided.

This gathering is a return to the body, a remembrance of safety, and a reclamation of the Goddess within who knows how to stand firmly on the Earth.
